Hepa Filters

The Deep and Mini-pleat HEPA Filters are manufactured using high quality microfine glass fiber papers. The Mini-pleat filters are pleated in fully automatic machines. The pleats are spaced apart with precision using fused plastic threads which also provide extra rigidity and stability to the filters.

The filter packs are located in extruded aluminum frames and have two powder coated protection grids on the air entry and exit sides. The grids ensure safety of the filter media. An extruded rubber gasket or a continuous foamed seal comes standard with our filters to ensure an air tight seal on the mounting surface. The seal fits into a specifically designed 'Dovetail' on the filter frame which makes sure that the seals cannot be displaced. Every single filter goes through a complete leak test and a random set undergoes a random DOP (Di-Octyl-Pthalate) test to ensure that the filters that leave our premises work as designed. These filters can be used for a range of applications that require high efficiency filtration. The table below provides a reference to various sizes and technical specifications.
