All these have enabled the Company to achieve a high quality image among all reputed organizations throughout the country.

The following are a few highlights of the system operated by the Company Certification of the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001-2000 - To achieve Company/Quality Objectives like achieving customer satisfaction, compliance with statutory regulations etc. - To continually improve the effectiveness of the system. A state-of-the-art Test and R&D laboratory as described in the previous pages. High accuracy measuring instruments and equipment for obtaining reliable measurement data. Competent inspection staff for carrying out required inspections and tests. Modern production equipment imported from Germany for the manufacture of Pocket Filters, Hydraulic Stamping presses, Pleating machines and many other machinery, all capable of producing products of consistent quality. Assessed and approved supplier base capable of meeting company quality requirements for the materials supplied. Use of Quality Improvement Projects for continual improvement of products, processes and systems. Use of Poka-Yoke gauges for mistake proofing. Process for measuring customer satisfaction and taking action for improvement. A controlled document and record control process for meeting the documentation requirements of customers.
